Upon arrival I tried to pass through the fast member lane and I guess it didn't allow me. Come to find out I forgot to update my card since I reported the last one stolen with my bank. Any who, there was a lady working there that assisted me right away because cars started backing up behind me. Now, this has happen to me before where I would just stick my card in the machine and update my card... But she signed me up for a completely new membership along with a new sticker for my windshield.
Anyone else see something wrong about this? Well she charged for partial amount for the membership and I was on my way. I didn't like the fact that vacuum hose was shorter then the others on one of the lanes I pulled into. Also when are the rest of these locations going to jump on board with providing towels???
