Very poor customer service when checking in. Rude Manager. Employees were apologizing for her. Room is SUPER loud! There's a scheduled party right outside our room until 10pm (complete with loud speakers and music) and we have to be up at 4:30am. They need to sound proof rooms exposed to common areas subject to these conditions. I have traveled 3-4 days a week for the last 20 years and have never written a yelp review about a hotel until this, it was so bad.
