Have not been to a DMV in years and this occurrence was to renew my driver license and get the Real ID that is going to be required by 2020. First I went online and made an appointment and this is really what made the process the best. Yes, I can see how no appointment will certainly take your time in the waiting game but they offer appointments for a reason.
This location was certainly busy and the information assistant at the front was quick to point me in the right direction. The check-in in process was easy as well and in less than 10 minutes I was at the teller window and getting the process underway.
The employee was super nice and made several jokes and was informative on the process of the Real ID. Paper work was quick and easy too.
Soon I was on my way to the photo booth which was just a standard line but I was lucky and the line was short. Take your picture and the employee informed me of last details and off I went.
This location has a full snack bar at the entrance area.
I will certainly make future appointments for all business here!
