This had to be one of the worst restaurant experiences in town. Tuesday evening, and the bar was reasonably busy, with not much inside business. First bad sign was waiting nearly 10min seated outside without service. We went inside hoping for better service considering that apart from a group in the back room, the dining room was nearly empty. 10 more minutes and watress finally came over for order. It took over 45min to get 3 appetizers to the table AFTER complaining to the manager Lyle B. He expressed little concern. During the wait, a bus boy carrying an overflowing bucket of used glasses from the bar dropped one, spraying shattered glass between the bar area & restaurant and keeps walking. The whole issue was a complete lack of proper facility management. The night before the expiration of a Groupon deal, there was one bartendender, 2 servers, one person working the kitchen, and a manager not doing much. We ended up getting service after asking for the corporate office number. Nearly $200 in food & beverages, multiple complaints to the manager and not a single item taken off. I suppose it was because, so many people walked out without being served their food orders. Our poor waitress said she was expected to cover the cost of all the food orders of people that refused to wait 45-60 minutes for the slow kitchen. Overall, food was OK at best, missing a lot of basic components. Would we ever go back? NEVER.
