I went in because my airbag light was on. Cat (Service Writer) called to tell me a plug had been damaged and was not covered under warranty. I asked if it just needed to be plugged back and zip tied, she said that the whole plug had to be replaced and it would cost $115. I agreed. When I picked up my car I found that the plug had just been put back together and zip tied.
I called another Ford dealership and they said that would be covered under warranty, and said Gaudin most likely charged Ford for an hour of diagnostic and was "double dipping". After complaining the General Manager said he was embarrassed and refunded my money.
If you do decide to use Gaudin for warranty work make sure they don't lie and charge you extra.
