wow, people are really down on the ol' kmart. maybe it's because the store is on my way home every day that i stop in there frequently to see what's on sale, and have found some great deals. it isn't in the expensive part of town, and there may be some interesting people in or around, but they do have a great after christmas selection. today i called to see if they sell a certain eureka vacuum, which they don't but the woman who answered was very pleasant, and the gentleman on the floor that checked for me was very nice, apologetic that they don't carry that particular model, and didn't sound put out at all that he had to go check. it's not the best store in town, but certainly not the worst. don't go there if you're in a hurry to get in and out, they don't call another cashier if there's more than three people in line.
