Horrible!!! Went there last week for a pedi and gel mani. Ended up only getting the pedi because I was so unhappy with them. Made appts for 2 people, we got there and they only had 2 people working and 3 people already in chairs waiting. The man was annoyed i had gel polisj left on my big toes, and he pulled it off with a cuticle cutter...so damaging!!! They finally started my pedicure and the job looked like my 4 year old did my pedicure. Didn't go down to my cuticle, polish was lumpy, and all over my toes. I asked them to redo it with a different color. It was a little better, but still was sloppy. They were mad I canceled my gel mani, but by then I didn't have enough time (and didn't want to waste any more time). The whole time my mom and I sat there, they kept nagging to upsell and convince me to get a manicure. Or acrylics, or wax, etc. NO! When I went to pay, I had to wait for someone to come from the back for 5 minutes. Then they were rude I was using a gift card. After looking at my mom's manicure, it was also sloppy and done without care. I've uploaded photos as well.
