Another thumbs up for Advanced Auto. Last summer I had a great experience at their Flagstaff location and this time I visited a location in Scottsdale. I had to get my battery replaced and was greeted instantly. Despite not having an appointment, they took my keys and sent me over to the waiting area within five minutes of arriving. I did have to wait for about an hour and a half to two hours but it was because they didn't have a battery for my vehicle in stock and had to wait for one to be delivered. The waiting period wasn't frustrating in the slightest since this location had wifi and a television in the waiting area so I could scroll through the internet while totally engrossed in an episode of The People's Court. In addition, the gentleman who helped me checked in on me a couple of times to update me, so I never felt forgotten. All in all, great consistent service from the folks at Advanced Auto. I'll keep coming back!
