This review is long over due as Tottie's is my local Thai go-to. It's a love hate relationship. Their spring rolls are good but the entrees are so big that I usually go entree only. The Panang with shrimp is the best item on their menu IMO. Full of flavor and vegetables. The green curry is good too, but the Panang is superior. My favorite Thai dish is usually Pad Thai with shrimp. For whatever reason the Pad Thai here is about a 2.5. It's covered in way too much sauce, bland, and the noodles are underwhelming. If you know good Pad Thai, this is the polar opposite. I haven't been to Thailand yet but some of the Pad Thai in Hiroshima made me realize what the dish should taste like. Happy hour Kirin and Kirin light are $2.50...outstanding value. You will leave full and if you stick to a curry you should expect to enjoy Totties.
