I came to the Wynn Buffet a year ago in December and it was a 5 star one of the best I have ever had in my life. I was craving it most of the year, I didn't eat all day Sunday anticipating the Buffet. My wife and I ate there and the food was not that good this time. I was really disappointed! Most of the food was fish and the fish was some of the worst I have had. I took one bite of the salmon and it was soo fishy tasting I couldn't eat any more fish for the night. Which limits the options a lot at the Wynn. Then the one thing that I was craving the most they didn't even have...it was a brownie like dessert, one of the best desserts I have ever had in my life! When I came last year I ate three and I was so stuffed, but I couldn't get enough. This trip to the Wynn I would give a 1 star, but since I had been there in the past and would have given it a 5 star I would say a 3 star is appropriate. I am hoping I just went there on an off night.
