Bad experience, Bought 4K + of furniture in early June, with delivery scheduled first week of July.... Also bought the protection Plan...OK plan start date was the day we placed the order not the day my furniture was delivered.....the plan should protect my furniture once I have the ability to use it and its in my possession, I don't need to pay for protection on something I don't have ( BIG SCAM ) Also was told if we did not use the plan in 5 years we could use that as a credit...LIE, applies to when I BUY a minimum amount of additional furniture. .......As of Mid August still haven't received all my furniture, twice they called and said it was delayed..original delivery date was first week of July..well we got rid of the old furniture, day before delivery they call and say it will be at least another month...so I have no furniture...for a month...then another call, delayed again.... 2 1/2 months after the day we placed the order we final get a call and delivery time window....they are now over 3 hours late past that time frame...very poor service and beware when you buy anything from this company...NOT ONE PERSON FROM ASHLEY HAS CALLED ME TO APPOLIGISE FOR THEIR INCONVIENCE.....My advise to you is shop somewhere else who appreciates their customers because these guys at this store DO NOT.
