I made an appointment and showed up at my scheduled check in time and they told me the MRI machine had been down. Ok, it's a machine things happen but why didn't you call if it's been down for hours so I didn't waste my time or time off work to come all the way there. So I reschedule for a week later because they have no opening until then. When I get there it's packed and they are about an hour behind. I think ok, I have to have the scan for my appointment in 2 days I will wait. I waited for 3 hours! Three freaking hours... they could care less about my time and after the scan I had to wait another 45 minutes for the disk. This place is poorly run and there is no professionalism or respect for anyone's time except their own. I will never give this place my money agaIn.
