We got there at 3 today for a pedicure. They were busy, but they sat us in a pedicure chair to let our feet soak. A guy came and gave me the hot stone massage part while we waited. When he was finished with mine he walked away and my friend continued to wait (apparently he must not massage men's feet) The lady came to do my pedicure and rushed as fast as she could through it. I swear she was done in 10 min or less! She trimmed the end of my nails, but did not trim the sides to prevent ingrown nails and she didn't clean up the cuticles either. After she painted my nails one of the big toenails was cut extremely crooked. I asked one of the other girls to cut it straight and she went and got the original lady that did them. I asked her to cut it straight and so she filed it and proceeded to tell me that it was crooked because of my skin. Ummm...what!? Why would my skin make the nail trim crooked? Had she not rushed through the job it wouldn't be crooked. I told her I would fix it myself at home and that I will never return. This used to be a great place, but the new staff is terrible and could care less about customer service.
