The folks behind the counter aren't terribly rude...but going along with what a few other reviewers have said, the one older guy is quite pushy about his prices. They're not consistent and they're HIGH. Not the high you're thinking either ;) I already own a small Mya hookah... I purchased it in my hometown where hookah buying is all over and priced competitive. Before I had it shipped here, I had stopped by this store to inquire about their hookah prices. The same hookah that I own and paid no more than $30 for, he quoted me at $80. ARE YOU KIDDING?! You can't even find that particular hookah marked up that high on the most boutique hookah site. The shisha? Psh. Price is marked one way but when you go to the register it's another. Doesn't matter though, the price is pretty high either way so I strongly advise you to go across Durango to whatever shop that is near Firehouse - much better pricing. This place is all over, man. Counter dude seems to toss out prices depending on that day's business needs or something... the reviews and his pricing tactics really makes me wonder how he stays in business. Must be the cigars because the hookah related items are priced ridiculously.
