Dr. Plotnik was great, took a great deal of time answering all my questions and explaining everything I was unclear about. I will say some of the office staff weren't the friendliest, customer service oriented people and it did take 1 hour to get from the waiting room to the exam room. Overall the most important aspect is quality experienced care for something as critically important as your child's vision.
