I've been here multiple times for colour and cuts. My first time experience was great but each time that I came back, the experience started to decline. Sometimes the stylists' constant chatter in Korean feels uncomfortable.. it can feel like they're talking about the customers behind their back. The prices are very reasonable compared to other salons, but the results are not consistent. Hannah was overbooked on one occasion and my hair did not tone evenly.
It may be a while before I decide to visit this salon again.
