Just went back to get my color fixed. A horrible woman with a bad attitude (Kim) was asked to fix my nails. It was clear that she was so annoyed by this that she told me that I had to wait for the guy that originally did my nails (old guy that smacks people). No way am I going back to that guy! I just wanted the color done again, and Kim told me she had to charge me if I wanted all nails done. I said that I would settle for just the three nails that originally looked the worst. She started vigorously buffing the polish down so violently that she cut my finger. She got annoyed and walked away and said that she didn't have time to work on me. I was about to loose it!! I asked for a manager. No one seems to know who the manager is. Finally after some talking to the receptionist (who is the only one who speaks proper English) I got a hold of Mary. Mary just apologized over and over with out any real solution. I just waited 20 min for another person to do my nails. Meanwhile, Kim, the horrible person who cut me, sat in a corner watching something on her iPad and stuffed crackers in her face. I guess that was what she was so busy with to not be bothered by anything. Never coming back. I would rather my whole hands fall off than come back.
