While Janis is very personable, her "crew" is not great. The first time I used them 3 girls showed up for two hours and I thought they were good. The second time around 4 girls arrived and I was told they would only stay an hour. I explained that I probably needed more cleaning time and I was told that they had another place to go. They left quickly and I called Janis to complain and was assured that at the next appointment I would get a discount. The third and last time they came the "supervisor" arrived with the worst attitude saying that I got her in trouble. She gossiped with her crew for 15 minutes before coming in the house. Their work is okay but the rudeness made me uncomfortable. Also they are terribly over-priced.
