My stylist was patient and honest, however my hair did not turn out how I wanted. I was told we would make the top darker, however it came out lighter than my natural hair. Then the bottom part of my hair lost its color within two weeks, even after using products from the salon as directed. Unfortunately I didn't realize my discontentment until after my appointment. I paid more money than I should of for something I'm not 100% happy with. While the stylists were very nice and the salon is beautiful, I will not being coming back due to the high prices.
