WORST customer service. Had to call 3 times to find out if they had a certain shampoo. First time I was disconnected, second was put on hold for over 20 minutes because the department wasn't answering, third, had to call from another line while on hold with the other call to actually find out the answer to my question. When I called the Walmart on Prospect they answered my question within a minute.
