Yaaayyyy! They have reopened.
Booooooooooo! Either not the exact same recipes or same ingredients as the pizzas do not taste the same (sauce and cheese mostly, crust seemed the same). They are still good, but not exceptional any longer.

Incredibly sad this place has CLOSED.
Owner passed away and no one is continuing the tradition for now.

This place has been serving what I consider one of the best pizzas in Montreal for ages.
The dough is thick, moist and chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. They are very generous with the toppings. The tomato sauce is one of the best I've tasted and ingredients are fresh. You can feel the weight in your hand when you pick up your slice.
It mostly caters to the McGill crowd and is somewhat out of the way but if you're on a quest for tasty pizza, it's well worth the detour.
It gets very busy around lunch time and Fri and Sat. evenings so get there early as they don't take reservations.
