When Renee B was there, we couldn't have been happier! Once she left Avanti to open her own salon, no one at Avanti would tell me where she moved, other than 'far away'.
They scheduled my daughter with a new stylist. We paid for a full color and cut, with an emerald green streak in the bangs. When she was finished my daughters hair looked EXACTLY THE SAME as when we walked in! PLUS, the all over color must have been a temporary color because it was completely out in a few washes. It took me almost a year, but we finally found Renee at Lux in North Royalton. My daughter finally has the style and color she wants. I think it's completely unethical of Avanti to not share Renee's new location, and I will never bring my family's business there again.
