I was really disappointed to have the service department quote 2.5 hours of labour to replace a rear-wheel hub assembly on my '05 Sportage. I'm not a mechanic, but this sounded fishy to me. I ended up taking it to a local garage, who spent a grand total of 20 minutes TOTAL to perform this job. I know the dealership costs money, but sheesh, this was a bad experience.
