They went above and beyond for me! They get 5 out of 5 stars hands down! Mike was super helpful and very professional when he came out to my place to fix my water heater. Since he came over and was just fitting me into his busy schedule he came out and looked at it. He said that it was a longer job than he expected and offered to come back either later that night or the next day to finish the job. He came back the next day and finished the job pretty early on. He didn't charge me any extra for making the two trips. I have to just say thank you to him because I got my water heater fixed quickly and he was upfront about the cost! Will use them again!
