only choosing 1 star cause i have to. this is not the reputable family owned paddock pools from the 60s. this company is bought and broke. after signing contract and down payment, we had no contact. the construction manager never returned a phone call or email. never even knew if we had a permit. after 2.5 months of fighting to get something done, we cxld our contract and moved on to a company that will have the job done in 1.5mnth. please please do not work with this company as they cannot afford to pay the construction workers to complete the work. take my advise and fact check this company. theyre broke. dont suffer the same stress we did.
