I purchased a maple live edge table from Design Republic over a year ago that I recently had a problem with. First, the experience during purchase was great from start to delivery - prompt, professional and great to deal with. But it's how a company deals with its customers after purchase that really reveals its commitment to customers and quality. After complaining, I received a response within one day from customer service, offering a way to correct the problem, to pick up the table to fix it, and to offer me a loaner table. That's pretty outstanding service. I haven't taken advantage of the offer yet, but will post an update on the experience once I do. So far, I'm incredibly impressed with Design Republic and the team and have full confidence in my purchases from them.
