I have taken my daughter here twice to see Dr. Kwiatkowski. I think he is an OK doctor but the office is awful. The first time we went we waited over 1 1/2 hours for our appt. The second time her appt was at 3 and we were seen after 5pm. I had a question about a prescription she had. I called 6 times and left messages, the pharmacist also called for me and the doctor's assistant never returned my call. I would highly recommend trying a different doctor. I think the ENT may be OK but it isn't worth the hassle or wait to go here. We moved on to a different doctor after never having my calls returned. I spoke with and left messages with the front staff as well as the ENT message line. Awful business practices.
