FYI FOLKS!!! WATCH OUT FOR THEM ~ SLIMYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!! They have such a BAD reputation that they are now advertising as PHOENIX CAR RENTAL. That is how I got stuck with them. I was in town for a meeting and needed a car and all the other places were sold out. So... I made sure not to look for Saban's as I have rented from them in the past (and the were horrible then) and I got tricked by the name Phoenix Car Rental.... The cars are pieces of crap. The one I got for $45/day was a 2004 Pontiac Something with a broken center console, chipped off plastic everywhere, it STUNK like stale cigarettes and had a radio that DID NOT WORK. THEN!! I saw my bank statement after the fact and it ended up being WAY more than they disclosed!! MAKE SURE YOU READ THE BACK OF THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING!! The guy who runs the place is a total jerk and told me he had better things to do with his time than go over my bill with me so I better just listen!! I am going to call the better business bureau FOR SURE!! Disgusting.
