BTW, they never called to follow up on him, it took like 50 phone calls to get his diagnosis and we caught two blatant lies which he is reporting to his insurance company. They claimed he had two CT scans (he didn't have any). This is how they make their money. There will be a lot more phone calls than to the insurance company about this. A medical malpractice lawyer will be a good start. Horrible, horrible "patient care-LESS" division. It's a big hospital, there are other divisions that are actually quite wonderful, like if you go in for an endoscopy. Otherwise, steer clear!!!
