I came here to withdraw money from my B of A account from the atm. They only have 1 and it was out of order so I had 2 other options. I passed on the drive thru atms due to both lines being super long. I walked in to see a teller and there were 25 people standing in line and only 2 tellers working at turtle speed...All while other workers are walking around and just looking at how long the lines were. This is rediculous. By the time I made it to the front of the line to withdraw $60 30 whole minutes had passed & the line was even longer & had a lot of disabled people waiting. My transaction took literally 30 sections. I would've just went to any atm but they have the nerve to charge fees for "foreign" atm's. This is why I will be fully converting over to credit union banking. What a long drawn out horrible wait. Customer service really sucks. If you see that your atm is out of order & your lines are dumb long then why don't you at least have the decency to open up a line catering to those who only need to withdraw cash? In & out within seconds...simple. Why make us wait half plus hour because your machines are down??
