I would not go back. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Businesses should never discuss politics, bash our president, and in general be disrespectful and rude with their customers. I did not even initiate the conversation shockingly this time. Ha! The man behind the counter was reacting to the TV on in the lounge and believe you me I was very shocked by his attitude. You never know how people feel or who they support do you? Keep that conversation away from people who just want to run their darn errands. I guess the service was okay if not long in my opinion. I do think they were being a bit dishonest/pushy with me on upgrades though. It is nothing I could prove or put my finger on exactly. However, normally I go to my dealer and they keep excellent records. What these guys were telling me just did not coincide nor make sense. Like I said I could be wrong since I am not a mechanic. But guess what? I can gladly give my business to any of the million other shops in the valley that show professionalism and respect.
