This place is hella lame! Theyre lucky I bought a Groupon!
So I made an appointment to come here for an oil change at 3, I arrived 10 mins early and the man tells me hes running late and that I could take a walk with my little dearest! I was a little irritated by that, they only had 4 chairs and 3 heffers took one away from my son and another had her purse on one. JERKS!
So we waited about an hour and some lady who came in after us car was already done! I was like, wtf! I started talking to the fella asking him if he rotated the tires, bc it was included, and hes like "lemme ask" I heard another guy say, "No her tires are brand new" he then came in and said yes they were.... LIES! He gave me my paperwork but didnt explain anything to me but said I needed a steering wheel flush.... nah!
This location is ok bc its close to places to eat or drink. The inside is a little gross, but it is a garage. The customer service could be a little better and they really should add more seats! Had it not been for my Groupon I wouldve never went! The prices are pretty high and the wait time is redic!
