This place must have changed in the year since that last review was written. I went there the other day with a friend and my first impression was that it just didn't look clean. I was looking at some herbs and there was dust on the jars. I decided to get a juice from the raw juice bar. The woman wasn't particularly pleasant and asked, "what do you want?" I ordered a juice and I should have run for the hills as she pulled fruits from a plastic bag on the floor. Isn't that some type of health code violation? She made the juice, not saying a word. She then gave me the juice which was good enough, but it cost SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS!
I waited for my friend who was having a service and I heard some yelling in the back. I couldn't tell what it was but it was heated and obviously not appropriate for a business environment. Some tall Rastafarian looking guy came from the back walking around and all I wanted to do was hold my purse.
My friend couldn't finish fast enough. I just wanted out of there. There are too many places that are clean, soothing staff is pleasant, prices are reasonable and you don't feel scared. This isn't one of them! Save your money!
