My use of the service was to have a couple (one small, one tall) palm trees trimmed of dead branches. Also, I had a lime tree pruned.
Everything went as planned from initial contact and home visit for estimate to billing. Internet scheduling and billing is used and worked well.
The bill seemed high, but I only had one other comparison, of gardening work, to base this on now. The good part is that there was no hassle and the results made the trees much easier to look at. I'm sure my neighbor and the HOA were happy to see those brown fronds taken away by the company.
