Service-5 stars, very friendly family-like vibe Ambiance-beautiful patio, we sat inside though. GREAT music selection the night we were here. Calamari-tasty, but a little too heavily breaded for my liking. Red sauce 5 stars. Entrees-all were well balanced and delicious. Desert/Coffee-this is where it went south. First, they didn't have decaf. Not the end of the world. What was odd to us was there was no cream. Just milk. "We don't have cream." Really? How do you make ANY cream sauce here? The tiramisu and canolli were DRENCHED (obscenely so) in some bottled chocolate sauce. I like tiramisu because it's a desert with minimal chocolate. It was inedible. Such a bummer. Ask for the chocolate sauce on the side, trust me. Last note...there was a cute little kid at the door (must be part of the family) that was opening it for patrons. Cutest little dude ever.
