They were really great. Codi and Paul did a great job. They put my mind at ease. They really helped me get ahead of the situation. I am a teacher in a school where many of my kids bring them with them, plus I am coach. My gear is (was now) always close to theirs. I took home a a bed bug a "hijacker". I was lucky, although it didn't feel that way at the time. I caught it early.
I was like the guy who said he freaked out. Also it is just like Justin S. said, they actually don't try to up-sell you. When I panicked the second time they understood and told me I was wrong and that I didn't need another treatment. Real reasonable price the fist time and considerate enough to say no to my money months later. They taught me protocols (is that the word?) to do so I could rest assured and live a normal life even though I am at constant risk because of where I work. Thank you.
