ordered charging port to be replaced.. $75 $20 deposit..... go to get phone fixed following day off. Store was closed. Go following week day off and person working says he knows nothing about it and the "guy" I dealt with wasn't in that day. That day I needed phone to work and went to different spot to fix. Find deposit slip a month ago so called and asked about part, guy says part not there. I explain I made a deposit and he tells me to bring receipt. so I get there and explain I want the part or my money back and guy says that he gave me deposit back!!!!!! WHAT?!?!?!? He said I told him I changed my mind and he gave me money back. WTF?!?!? he never gave me deposit back because I was waiting for part. I still have receipt!!! horrible customer service and when I asked him to speak to owner he says he is the owner. Mind blown! DO NOT GET SCAMMED! WORST CELL PHONE STORE IN VEGAS!
