The new owners took away assigned parking spaces and the management company does NOT enforce the parking policy (you're supposed to have a sticker or tag to use ONE covered space per unit). So only rent here if you want to park far away from your door.
My water bill is as high as $125 per month. I think there are underground leaks, broken sprinklers, leaky hose bibs and faucets and the management company has no incentive to make repairs or change the landscaping because they just pass the water costs through to the residents. I know people who live in big houses with pools and don't pay that for water.
On the plus side, everyone in the office is polite, friendly, and professional.
The bedrooms in the large 2-bedroom are really spacious.
