We had a bad experience once at Braddocks and the response to our complaint was amazing. We are now frequent customers for a pre or post theater dinner and drink.
A solid menu, not the most interesting but always good.
I love that they will serve both menus in the restaurant or Streetside. I prefer Streetside just because I like the ambiance of a bar setting, but both are nice.
Also, the sound level is great. They don't blast music and the acoustics allow you to hear the people you're dining with.
My only complaint is that they over-cook their burgers, but that is more than compensated by the fact that their other food options are quite good. I highly recommend the short rib pierogies.
