The bagels are great but the service is very inconsistent and often very slow. The dining room is not full right now and there were only 2 people ahead of me in line to order, but it took over 10 minutes to order and about the same to get our food. The staff seems very flustered, but they're working hard. Not sure what they need to do to speed things up, but what they're doing clearly isn't working.
