The NC has been an exclusive meeting place for Canada's leaders for 140 years ( Sir J.M McDonald & Sir Laurier dined there ) They have 40 000 wine bottles for members to enjoy. I give 5 stars for their rich history & 2 stars for food ( if only these walls could talk !! ) Go eat lunch or dinner somewhere else and come here for drinks ( rooftop indoor or outdoor : nicest spot )
