Follow up from the last review of Ford County. Took my truck back in after a call from Ethan. They offered to take a look at my complaints and "make it right." Dropped it off with Ethan and Dave. I didn't need a loaner even though they had one ready. They fixed the two things that were wrong and had my truck ready on time. All dealerships have issues from time to time and it's how they take care of them that counts. Both Ethan and Dave followed through on their commitment. They earned another shot at my business and will get it. Thank you to both for getting this done for me.
