I visited this salon twice for hair color. First time with Sarah. I showed her my Redken formula and she said she could match it. Her color was too dark and I was left with a dark stripe around the crown of my head, which is now growing out and looks terrible. However, she did do a great job with the blow dry. I heard there were specific colorists who use redken products there so I decided to try a second time. I specifically asked to be with someone who uses redken for my single process color and they told me that Rhonda does. To my surprise, when I arrived for my appointment, Rhonda told me she doesn't use redken permanent color but uses another very special color. She was a master color specialist and agreed my last color was too dark so I felt I was in good hands. I walked out with decent color and a terrible blow dry! But worst of all, that night, all the color came off on my pillowcase at the base of my neck in my sleep! It permanently ruined my pillowcase and after two washes, I now have a faded light stripe now where the "so called permanent" hair color was applied! I will not trust another person at this salon.
