Another dealership that is Overpriced. I used to rave about their service. Not anymore. They way overcharge for their parts. Service Tech stated they charged list price. Well that's not true. Part 15854058 Hydro Booster. List price on GmPartsDirect.com $558.94. Retail price on same site $296.24. That's a 16% markup OVER list and a 219% markup over retail. REALLY!!!! Had the same job quoted at two different dealerships, and both charged retail plus 10%. And when a customer tells you how much you are overcharging and you make NO attempt to even come close to your competitors, expect more posts like this.
