Do not under any circumstances rent from these people or use their management services unless you enjoy being scammed. They try every trick in the book to squeeze as much as possible from owners and tenants.
A quick search online reveals quite a few disgruntled owners, I'm surprised they're still in business, but that's Vegas for you.
Do yourself a favor and stay far far away.
