I heard about this place from a friend... She had hair exactly like mine.... same color texture everything..... so when she got a gr8 cut n highlights I decided to give it a go...... I must say I was thoroughly disappointed..... I took a groupon coupon for cutting n highlighting my hair (just like her) n went der.... d guy I got was so not interested in cutting hair. He refused to cut it d way I wanted..... refused to color it d way I wanted.... just wudn do anything..... I had to stubbornly insist on bangs for him to cut tat atleast..... I told him I need layers.... n no layers.... I told him I need a red tat will pop out..... not a colour I have to hold in d light just so to c..... n what does he do??? He gives me a color nobody can c...... I walked out of d place looking exactly like I did ven I walked in!!!!! Only difference was d bangs I insisted..... going in I knew dey wud charge me extra for m long hair.... but I felt so cheated...... dey charged me extra n I feel like nothing was done...... I THOUGHT I PAID FOR HIGHLIGHTS??? WHERE R D HIGHLIGHTS???? Dis was my worst experience cutting hair....... n dis is comparing to d times when I used to get my roomies to trim d ends!!!!
