Trust me when I say, don't move into this complex unless you have extremely low standards and have never lived anywhere that you like. There have been numerous cars broken into that the complex decided not to share. The apartments themselves are very cheap. Appliances are always broken and for some reason it's our problem to deal with, but have extreme limited hours of when things can be fixed. If you tell maintenance not to come unless you're home, they still go in your home anyways. The cabinets are peeling, staples are sticking out of the carpet, a lot of the apartments aren't leveled and you can actually sit something on a counter and watch it slide. They have had nothing but turnover since we moved here only a year ago and the staff is extremely unfriendly. Sometimes they decide to open the pool on time, other times you have to go to the office and ask them to do it. Sometimes they will only unlock one gate but not the other 5, and then they get mad when you ask them to unlock the rest. The pool and surrounding area are never cleaned. Yes, I understand residents are responsible for cleaning after themselves, but we all know that doesn't always happen. Pool trash cans are rarely emptied and the grills usually stay broken. I lived in one apartment before this one and it runs circles over Highland Park. Again, if you want a cheap place and you're never home, it could be a good place for you. Otherwise, don't waste your time or money. There are too many apartments around this area and homes to rent that I would never recommend this place to anyone.
