Just had my surgery yesterday. I opted for PRK, because it's the all around safest procedure, and since I'm in combat sports it's really the only way to go. On top of being the optimal procedure it also happens to be the cheapest! After having to reschedule a few times (it's really hard not being able to wear contacts for 10 days leading up to the surgery) I was finally able to come in and get this done. The staff was very friendly and helpful; and Tessa was especially awesome! She walked me through what to expect both before and after the procedure and helped me keep calm and relaxed through the whole thing. Since this is the one thing I was looking for in all the yelp reviews prior to choosing an office: Lasik of Nevada seems to be one of the most reputable offices around, but also the most affordable. PRK is cheaper than Lasik; starting at 2699 (both eyes included), or $3399 if you opt to have it done with the wavefront laser. I was also given a payment plan to make monthly payments with 24 months interest free. Big thanks to everyone there for all the help! And an even bigger thanks to Tessa for making the whole experience comfortable and even fun. All in all I'm glad I chose Lasik of NV and would definitely recommend them to anyone curious about Lasik or PRK
