I am rating my latest experience with a 2. I ordered products and had them mailed to me. I had been a client for over a year. I didn't receive all of my order or detailed instructions for use. I contacted the office and was told the rest of my order would be sent to me. It has been over 2 months and I haven't received anything else. I have been speaking with the Facebook medshape page via messenger but that rep hasn't had any luck getting in contact with the office either. All I want now is a refund. I am very discouraged at the poor customer service.
