Giving this location 4/5 stars just because there's always available tables for me to study. I used to think of this location a perfect 5/5 since (1,) it's super close to my house, (2.) there's always going to be a table opened for me to study, and (3), it isn't too cold/freezing inside. BUT THENNN recently, I ordered a venti iced coffee. On top of that, I am a Gold card member and I know that gold card members could get free refills on iced coffees and teas as long as you stay inside the store. But when I JUST paid my coffee with my GOLD card, I asked "MELISSA" if I could get a free refill for my iced coffee as long as I stay inside. she said "NO, only for gold card people." She was SO RUDE ANNND didn't even look at me while talking!!! SO DISRESPECTFUL! I was like, "Uhhh, well didn't you just see that I paid my drink WITH my gold card?! Ugh nvm" SO THANKS A LOT MELISSA FOR RUINING MY STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE!
